Privacy policy
This website belongs to Abril Sánchez (AbruTrip), a content creator based in Valencia, Spain. For any question about your data, write to contacto@abrutrip.com.
1. What data I use and why
- Contact: if you write to me by email or WhatsApp, I use your name, address or number and your message only to reply and, if relevant, manage a collaboration.
- Analytics (cookies): only if you accept them, Google Analytics measures in aggregate which sections are visited. You can change your choice from “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
- Automated Instagram messages: when you comment a keyword on an @abrutrip post (for example “info” or “link”), I use your public username and your comment's ID and text to send you, once, a private message with what you asked for and, sometimes, a public reply to your comment. This is done through Instagram's official API (Meta).
2. How long I keep it
For Instagram, I keep a log (username, comment and whether the message was sent) for 90 days to avoid sending you the same thing twice and to catch errors; then it's deleted automatically. Emails are kept for as long as the business relationship or conversation lasts.
3. Who it's shared with
I don't sell or share your data. Only the services needed to run the site are involved: Hostinger (hosting in the European Union), Meta/Instagram (to send the message) and Google Analytics (only if you accepted cookies).
4. Legal basis
Your own request (when you write or comment asking for information), your consent (cookies) and the legitimate interest of replying to people who get in touch.
5. Your rights and how to delete your data
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to contacto@abrutrip.com with your Instagram username. I'll delete them within 30 days and confirm by the same channel. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
